Princes Street Gardens are unique in geology, history, planting and the myriad of ways that folk have used and abused them. Soon a design dubbed 'The Hobbit House' will create a new concert arena to replace the Ross Bandstand, with improved access to the Gardens and Castle Rock.

On Monday 11th June, Greenyonder Tours will present a one-off expert study tour asking: ‘What do we want from our most famous public park?’. On Sunday 17th June we will launch our new walking tour ‘Princes Street Gardens: A Drama in Time’.
