Members of the Circus artists' collective will guide you on a route through Inverness connecting spaces as well as share some of its public art and hidden places of interest. Taking a walk through the everyday built environment using a lens of discovery, the routine and ordinary of our surroundings can be explored in an alternative way. Examining civic spaces and public art in relation to its architectural environs, this guided walk will lead to discussion and a critique of everyday life within the city, as well as unearthing new spaces for contemplation and possible intervention. Circus invites participants to share in our wayfinding to create a sense of collective responsibility and collaborative endeavour. We aim to connect through these meeting points of historical and cultural discourse within our shared environment.

Come prepared to walk, discover, share, listen, discuss and see an alternative view of our city.
