Art, design and architecture within cities is becoming increasingly marginalised and passively responsive to wider economic and political conditions. The ability to initiate work of value is increasingly important for spatial practitioners. In this talk we hear from two people who actively engage in this mode of practice to open a discussion about designing agency.
