Join us for a guided tour at Holmwood House where Alexander 'Greek' Thomson’s passion for Grecian styling and symmetry is brought to life in every corner. Discover Thomson's original design schemes restored by the National Trust for Scotland.

Situated in Cathcart in Glasgow's Southside, Holmwood House is regarded as Alexander 'Greek' Thomson's "finest domestic creation." Thomson was heavily inspired by Classical architecture and design, and used his inspiration to design family villas, Tenement buildings, churches, and warehouses.

To celebrate being a part of the Architecture Fringe 2025 we are offering our guided tours of Holmwood House for half price on Sunday 15th June!

Our guided tours take place every hour from 10am until 4pm. We recommend booking tickets in advance.
