Architecture Fringe

For the opening of this year's Architecture Fringe we're collaborating with Civic House and A Cut Above on an evening of food, drink, performance and music.

Tickets to the Opening Party will include tokens for one complementary drink and complementary food after which there is a paid bar.

Arrivals, Food & Drink
Doors will be from 5pm with the first 120 ticket holders offered vouchers for 1no. complimentary drink at the bar a 1no. complementary meal for the canteen. These will be on a first-come first-served basis.

For the food we’re delighted to be welcoming Soul Sisters!

The sample menu for the evening includes:

  • North African Vegan Stew with Potato Chickpeas and Spinach with Bread, Rice
  • Green salad and homemade Hummus.
  • Sweet treats for afters.

Food is all vegan. Served from 5pm-8:30pm and it may go fast so get down early!

After your complementary drink it will be paid bar.

Live Acts and Performances


I Solar (live)
Cosmic twins producer Samuel J Smith and artist Gemma Dagger operating from the Green Door Studio Glasgow. They have released two Eps of electronic songs, the Born of the Jackal EP and North Sea Jupiter EP, released last year on Edinburgh label Paradise Palms.

MR TC (live)
A product of Glasgow’s electronic underground, MR TC is now based in Berlin where he runs Phase Group Records and makes music as Acid Drones. His live show at Civic House will be the debut performance of a new live set up.

Somewhere Between (performance)
A not to be missed performance from creative production company; Somewhere Between.

DJs

Sofay
A mainstay on the Glasgow circuit for several years now, Sofay is an exceptional selector with a versatile approach - as comfortable creating hypnotic vibes using dubby minimalism and sublime oddities as she is fusing curious electro, techno and house in a deeply considered way.

12th Isle
Record label, art and DJ collective 12th Isle have been steadily releasing some of the very best genre-bending electronic works and otherworldly transmissions from Glasgow and beyond since 2016.

Hiba
Hiba is a Lebanese DJ and selector based in Glasgow who uses club spaces to platform Southwest Asian and North African artists as a celebration of Arab culture.

más allá
German-Colombian DJ más allá explores their cultural hybridity through music and sound, resulting in an eclectic and captivating dancefloor energy.
