Our protagonist, self-styled disruptor and agent of change Dominic Cummings, takes his critically ill family on an architectural tour of England, at the height of lockdown, in the middle of a global pandemic. On the way he takes in buildings of note (starting with his own extension), post-war planning experiments, and historical scenes of architectural corruption. A short film-collage, featuring (against their will) a cast of rogues including the ghosts of Ian Nairn, T. Dan Smith, John Poulson and an assembly of concrete blocks.
